Red Lip

For a long time…..whenever  I needed to feel powerful , sexy, strong, polished,….etc any adjective that personified confidence. I would wear a deep red lipstick! This was my go to…….every single time…..So much so that I spent a decade wearing deep deep red lip stick every time I went out, this went on so much so and then I began to wear it to work all the time. My red lip stick was my magic lipstick I could put on and be whoever I wanted to be, whoever I needed to be to face the day confidently.  Today….In This Season… I’m retiring the deep red lipstick (for a time) for what it represented before, and Leaning into my TRUE Confidence in Christ Jesus!
